- The customer must present a copy of the sales invoice.

- Shipping and handling costs involved in exchanging / returning and sending back the merchandise will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE
- Notify the company via email (alina@myswapmyway.com) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Specify the reason for exchanging the merchandise and the replacement chosen.
- The company will inform the customer if the merchandise for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the merchandise to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.

WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Merchandise with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, the company will replace the merchandise and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
CAN I SHOP WITHOUT REGISTERING
DOES THE SWAY DIY HAVE WARRANTY?
The Japanese movement SWAP faces has a 1 year warranty excluding battery life. To change battery, simply take to your local watch repair for battery replacement.
REFUNDS
Refunds cannot be made for returned merchandise. They can only be replaced by merchandise of the same value or lower.
In the event an item/s ordered is no longer available, customer may opt for a refund in the form of a discount code which they can use within 30 days from the date of issue for their next online purchase, or for monetary refund to their bank account.
